Project introduction
  • The project is a bridge with a total length of 1,125 meters, and the main bridge is a single-span under-bearing steel box tied arch bridge with a span layout of 170 meters. The total width of the main bridge is 24.1 meters, and our company mainly provides hot-dip galvanized prestressed unbonded steel strands and Steel tie rod of suspension stay cables and related products.

Steel tie rod of suspension
  • The design is required to be replaceable. The rod adopts φ15.2-12 and φ15.2-14 steel strand bundle extrusion suspension system, HDPE sheath cable body. The steel tie rod cable directly bears the dead load from the composite beam and the live load of cars and people, which is an important link in the force transmission chain of the under-supported arch bridge. The standard center distance of the suspenders bridges along the horizontal hanging point of the bridge axis is 6 meters. The upper end adopts a whole bundle of extrusion anchors, and the lower end adopts a pin-hinged anchorage. The outer surface of the outer layer of HDPE should be made of a convex spiral to prevent wind and rain from excitation.

Tie rod
  • The tie rod system is composed of the tie rod cable body and the anchoring system, and the two main beams are each provided with 4x15.2-9 external prestressed steel strands to form a flexible tie rod system of the structure; Construction: The steel tie rod of suspension cables are tensioned and adjusted at the arch end. The upper end of the suspender is anchored in the arch rib, and the lower end is anchored to the lug. The tie rod cable is respectively arranged in the main longitudinal beam on both sides, and the prestress of the tie rod is tensioned at both ends, and double control is adopted when tensioning, and the tensile force prevails, and the elongation is supplemented.

Cable body
  • The material of the cable body is hot-dip galvanized unbonded prestressed steel strand, and the strength of the steel strand is 1860MPa, which meets the requirements of ASTM A416 and GB/T33363-2016 "hot-dip galvanized prestressed steel strand"; The steel strand is wrapped with polyester high-strength fiber tape, then extruded double-layer high-density polyethylene (HDPE); The structural performance of the anchor cable meets the standard requirements of JT/T850-2013 "Extrusion & Anchor Steel Strand Tendons Cables"; The performance of the anchor meets the standard requirements of GB/T14370-2015 "Anchors, Clamps and Connectors for Prestressed Tendons".
