Another company be set up with 6 sets equipment of manufacturing of indented steel wire and other wire products from 3.0mm to 11.0mm (T.S. 1470MPa ~ 1860MPa) according to EN10138, GB/T5223, BS5896 and ASTM A421 etc; together with 5 sets equipment of manufacturing PC Strand and unbonded PC Strands ranges from 6.5mm to 17.8mm
(T.S. 1770MPa ~ 2160MPa) according to ASTM A416, EN10138, GB/T5223, BS5896, AS/NZS 4672.1, XP A35-045, NBR7483, ISO 6934-4/ISO 15630-3 etc. with annually output 320,000.00MT.

The branch company began to produce the epoxy-coated steel strands and epoxy-coated steel strand cables, which are widely used in bridge construction, reinforcement projects and maintenance both in domestic and overseas, since then, we can provide various types of epoxy-coated steel strands and a full set of special supporting products for the construction, maintenance and reinforcement of domestic Bridges. It can complete the whole process of research and development, production, tension construction and technical consulting services.

With advanced level of pickling continuous rolling production line, hot dip galvanizing production line, annealing production line, our products specifications, thickness 0.15mm-2.0mm and width 19.0mm-1,300.0mm for zinc coated cold-rolled coils and zinc aluminum magnesium products. At present, we can produce pickling steel plates, cold rolled steel plates, galvanized and zinc aluminum magnesium steel plates acc. to DIN1623, EN10130, EN10346 S350 GD, ASTM A653 DX 51D etc., with the steel grade of 45Mn, 65Mn, 30CrMo, 60Si2Mn, ST12, DC 01, 08YU, Spcc and Sphc. for household appliances, containers, metal products automobile girders, highway guardrails, photovoltaic brackets and industrial refrigeration etc.
