It is made of high carbon steel with a specific diameter and tensile strength.Using a cold-drawing process, which results in a smooth surface with indentations formed by a separate indenting process. PC wire of Indented/Serrated PC wire which is a type of prestressed concrete steel wire that is produced with indentations type on surface in order to enhance the bond between steel wire and the constructions concrete, to increase the holding force between the the concrete and steel wire and to strengthen concrete structures.

    Raw Material Requirements

    The main raw materials for prestressed concrete are High quality carbon steel wire rods of SWRH77B or SWRH82B , the main requirements for the wire rods are: size, shape, weight and allowable deviation, grade and chemical composition, smelting method, delivery state, mechanical properties, decarbonization layer, micro-structure, surface quality and special requirements, etc.
    Cooling is controlled by Sterem technology which is used to achieve over 85% Sotenization rate . Generally, the coil produced according to the normal process can meet the production requirements of prestressed concrete steel wire and steel strand.

    3,0 mm - 10,0 mm.

    Ranges of Strength:
    1470MPa - 1860MPa

    The current standards are GB/T5223-2014 " Prestressed concrete steel wire", according to ASTM A421 / A421M, ASTM A881/A881M -2005, BS5896-2012, PrEN10138-2:2009, GOST 7348-81,TU U27.3-136-004-2003, DSTU ISO 6934-2, GOST 7348-81, DSTU ISO 6934 - 2, ABNT NBR 7482:2008, etc.
